A 15-minute conversation with Dr. Jana Rundle.

Where we can start
You shouldn’t have to choose between performing well and being well.
You close the laptop at nine, then check email in bed. Your body is home, but your brain is still in the meeting.
You hit the goal and feel relief for about an hour. Then you’re already onto what’s next, or what you should have done better.
Everyone gets your best: your team, your family, your clients. You get what’s left, which usually isn’t much.
You worked hard for this life, and part of you is wondering if it’s the one you want.
If some of this sounds familiar, a 15-minute conversation is an easy next step.
Book a free consultationFor women who lead
Leading comes with its own kind of weight. You’re the person everyone relies on. Your decisions affect other people’s jobs. There are few people at work you can be fully honest with, and you may be one of the only women in the room. Switching off at the end of the day can feel impossible.
Therapy is a place to work on that weight directly: the perfectionism, the trouble delegating, the sense of never being off duty, and the patterns underneath it.
For some women, this overlaps with motherhood: going back to work after a baby, leading a team on four hours of sleep, carrying the mental load at home too. There’s room to talk about all of it.

Working with Dr. Rundle
Therapy gives you a place to slow down long enough to see what’s driving the pressure. The goal is to keep your drive without letting it cost you your sleep, your relationships, or your health.
Along the way, you’ll build skills for noticing self-criticism before it takes over, tolerating the discomfort of “good enough,” and making decisions based on what matters to you rather than what’s expected.
Here’s what that looks like in practice. When you get home, you’re able to be present instead of worrying about tomorrow or replaying today. When you get in bed, you fall asleep without rehearsing your to-do list. You start saying no without three paragraphs of justification. You finish something and let it be finished. You get clearer about what you want, not just what you’re good at.

Yes. Dr. Rundle sees clients in person in Austin, and online in Texas and 40+ PSYPACT states. Online sessions cut the commute, which is often what makes weekly therapy possible at all.
Dr. Rundle holds a PSYPACT E.Passport, so she can keep seeing you by telehealth while you’re physically in another participating state, whether that’s a work trip or a relocation. Mention travel or a possible move during your consultation and she’ll confirm what’s available where you’ll actually be.
There are some early morning and lunchtime appointments. Online sessions also remove the commute, and plenty of clients meet from a parked car between commitments, or from an office with the door closed. Ask about current openings during your consultation, since availability shifts.
Sessions are $225 for 50 minutes. Dr. Rundle is out of network and provides superbills, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Any reimbursement depends on your insurance plan. The 15-minute consultation is free.
